The Airtel DTH error code 11 usually arise due to problem in obtaining the security code by the viewing card system in the Set-top box.

Xstream basic

The Xstream Basic box built in chrome cast and has Xstream premium app installed. The box is voice search enabled and is accessible with mobile (As remote).

HD-High definition Set top box.

As the name suggests, the HD-High definition set top box comes with HD quality video streaming. The sound is Dolby digital enabled.

Moreover, you can record and play your favorite videos.

The Xstream premium box is a mini android box running 5000+ android apps on your television. Hence you can install your app and run them on your television. In other words, the smart set top box enables or converts your television into a Smart Tv.

Solution for Error code 11 in Airtel DTH:

The problem usually arises due to a damaged Smart card. Hence if the Error code 11 appears, do the following trouble shooting.

Switch off the Television and the Set-top box.

Check whether the cables are not disconnected, and the dish is stable. Remove the smart card and clean the chip surface of the card with a soft cloth. Do not rub the card hard. The cleaning should be unidirectional. Do not apply any cleansing or glass cleaning agents over the chip surface. Just rub the surface with a soft cloth in one single direction.

Re-insert the card and switch on the Set top box. See whether the problem is rectified or not.

If the problem is not rectified, then it might be due to a damaged Smart card or a Faulty VC. Hence contact the local Airtel DTH dealer to change the smart card.
