e19-4 service is currently scrambled
The e19-4 error code mainly arises if there is an issue with the recharge. Hence if this error code appears on TV, do the following.
Solution 1
- Check whether your Sun Direct DTH is due for any payment or not.
- If payment is due, kindly make the payment.
- After the payment, switch off the DTH box.
- Remove the card, and rub the chip surface with a smooth cloth.
- Re-insert the card and check for the signal.
If the error still persists then go for a solution 2.
Solution 2
- If the problem persists even after the payment of due, it could be a delay in payment confirmation.
- It means you have done the due payment, but it takes time for the company to update the same. Hence wait for an hour for payment confirmation.
- If the problem persists, contact the [customer care] regarding payment and update the payment details.
- It would work in an hour or two.
